If the colour or style is not her taste
An exchange is possible within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item stays in the condition it arrived in, not really used, with all its parts. For a normal exchange you pay double your zone's shipping fee, and each product can be exchanged once. If you receive the gift well before the occasion, remember that the 14 days start from the day you received it.
