We deliver Loly Bags orders to every governorate in Egypt, with clear shipping rates and the option to pay when your order arrives.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping
On orders where the products total more than EGP 1,500.
Shipping is charged once per order. The shipping fee and your order total appear after you select your governorate, before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Time
Orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
Delivery times may vary by governorate, or during public holidays, promotions and busy seasons. If your order is delayed unexpectedly, contact us with your order number and we will help you follow up on the shipment.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is currently the only payment method.
You pay the order total and any shipping fee in cash to the courier when your order arrives. You will never be asked for bank card details or an online payment on the website.
After Placing Your Order
Please enter accurate details and answer the confirmation call or message to avoid delivery delays.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
- You can change your order details or cancel your order before it is handed to the shipping company.
- Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or cancelled. If the shipment can be stopped or returned, the actual shipping cost is charged to the customer.
- If you refuse the order at delivery, the shipping cost is charged to you, unless the refusal is due to our error (a defective, incorrect or non-conforming item), in which case we cover it.
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
Returns and Exchanges
- Standard returns and exchanges: within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective, non-matching or wrong items: within 30 days of delivery.
- Standard return: you pay the collection fee at the published shipping rate for your area.
- Standard exchange: you pay collection and delivery of the replacement, i.e. twice the published rate for your area. Each item can be exchanged once, and we confirm the total with you before arranging shipping.
- Loly Bags covers all shipping costs when an item is confirmed defective, non-matching or different from what you ordered.
