Loly Bags is an Egyptian brand of women's bags and wallets, and we sell online only through our website. There is no branch, no shop and no pickup point; every order is delivered to your door by our courier partner.
On the website you will find tote bags, backpacks and Loly sets, as well as handbags, crossbody bags and wallets. Every product page lists the size, material, available colours and photos, so read it carefully before ordering, and if a detail is unclear, ask us first.
How to order, step by step
Choose your product: open the category you want, then the product page, and read the size in centimetres, the interior layout and how the bag is carried. For example, the large faux leather shoulder bag page lists its size as 35 × 28 × 14 cm, with one main compartment and two inner pockets.
Pick a colour and add to cart: if it is a gift, you can add gift wrapping as an extra product for 50 EGP.
Enter your details: your name, a working mobile number you will answer, and a clear address with governorate, area and street.
Choose cash on delivery and confirm: keep your order number, as you will need it if you want to ask about, change or exchange your order later.
Answer the confirmation: our team will contact you to confirm the order before it is handed to the courier.

After you order, the Loly Bags team contacts you to confirm before handing the order to the courier. Try to reply quickly: the order only ships after confirmation, and the delivery time is counted from that point. It is also the best moment to tell us if you want to change the colour or address, add something, or ask any question about size or material before the order goes out.
Cash on delivery only
Payment at Loly Bags is cash on delivery only, paid to the courier. You do not need a card or a transfer when ordering; you pay when the order reaches you. Have the amount ready when the courier calls so the handover is quick.
Shipping fees and delivery time
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt within 2-5 working days after order confirmation. Shipping fees depend on your zone:

Free shipping: if the products in your order total more than 1,500 EGP (after any discount), shipping is free. For example, with products worth 1,600 EGP you pay no shipping, and with 1,200 EGP you pay your zone's fee from the table. Full details are on the shipping and payment page.
Changing or cancelling your order
You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been handed to the courier. Message us on WhatsApp at 01226580500 with your order number.
If the order has been handed to the courier and you refuse it at the door for a reason that is not our fault, you pay the shipping cost.
If the product arrives defective, not as described or wrong, that is our mistake and Loly Bags covers the shipping.
So if you change your mind, the easiest and cheapest option is to tell us before the order goes out for delivery.

Example: if you live in Cairo and want a normal exchange, you pay 180 EGP (double 90 EGP). For a normal return, you pay a 90 EGP pickup fee.
Return and exchange conditions
The product must be in the condition you received it and not really used.
It must come with all its parts, such as the strap, scarf or charm if the product came with them.
Once the product is back with us, we inspect it within 2 working days, and any refund due is made within 2 working days after inspection.
